PORCELANOSA Blocks modules in PORCELANOSA Offsite showroom
The great novelty of Butech in this edition of the International Exhibition comes from PORCELANOSA Offsite. The specialized division specializing in industrialized construction presents a revolutionary solution for the construction of hotel accommodation and large residential complexes. These are stackable and fully equipped modules that can be configured according to the needs of each project.
The structure of PORCELANOSA Blocks allows the modules to be installed one on top of the other, directly on the second floor slab, without the need to build the remaining structure of the building. In this way, buildings of different heights can be achieved, depending on the characteristics of the building.
Each of these units has all the necessary connections, finishes and bathroom equipment, achieving a fully equipped room. The blocks also include the corresponding proportional corridor section that will connect to the central communications core of the building, i.e., the stairs and elevator.
In addition, PORCELANOSA Blocks offers the advantage of having a single interlocutor in PORCELANOSA. PORCELANOSA Offsite’s technical team studies each project, adapting the design of the modules. Likewise, all the materials used belong to the Group, which makes it possible to control costs and ensure delivery deadlines.
A new concept that integrates efficiency, sustainability and cutting-edge design.

Butech is also committed to products and systems that enhance Porcelanosa ceramics in its latest novelties presented at the XXXI International Exhibition. Among them, the new decorative profiles that favor aesthetic continuity in the bathroom gain prominence. From beige tones, especially suitable for ceramics inspired by limestone; to copper, designed for industrial environments; or gold for more exclusive areas, these elements are capable of generating a perfect harmony between the different elements of the room.
The proposal for visual unity is reinforced by the new shower grids and niche systems, designed to enhance the open bathroom concept.
Decoration with profiles continues to set trends in interior design. For this reason, Butech has developed together with PORCELANOSA the exclusive Pro-living collection. A series of elements capable of enhancing ceramic collections such as 3D Deco. Available in Gold and Black finishes, these profiles integrate with ceramics and furniture, creating volumes and highlighting every detail.
For its part, the Rose Gold or Copper finish continues to gain prominence in bathrooms, whether in faucets, towel racks, mirrors and even lamps. In this sense, Butech has launched the new Pro-part Copper and Pro-part Copper Lineprofiles. An option that, with a characteristic shiny copper tone, bring elegance and modernity.
Another model that has made its appearance at the XXXI International Exhibition is Pro-part Caliza. This profile shares tonality with collections such as Bottega, Coral or Treccia by PORCELANOSA, which ensures uniform aesthetics on floors and walls. In addition, they can be installed with the new neutral silicone S-107 n Caliza, designed for a perfect integration with the ceramic, providing a complete visual unity.

Industrialized systems, applied to the laying of floors, require technical solutions that facilitate the installation of ceramic tiles. Elements such as the new Pro-telo Coal profile, developed for floating floors with large-format ceramic tiles, cover the installation joints and maintain the quality of the flooring.

Another of the most requested elements in today’s homes are the shower trays, as part of the open bathroom concept. In this regard, waterproofing systems and the use of suitable gratings are essential. The Square Texture-revestible Black grid is the perfect alternative, thanks to its finish and small size. A safe bet in bathrooms whose style enhances the contrast between black and white.
The room can be completed with Butech’s XPS Modular Shelving. These prefabricated elements are available in different sizes and are the ideal solution for creating modern and completely waterproof shelves. In addition, they can be covered with mosaic or ceramic tiles, bringing functionality and style to showers and bathrooms.
Butech proposes a more simplified way to design outdoor raised floors with Grid Raised Surface. Until now, traditional methods required support plots under each tile, which is especially complex with large formats or wood-inspired ceramic patterns.
The new system developed by Butech first creates a uniform platform on which the ceramic installation is carried out with complete freedom. In this way, different formats can be combined and the replacement of pieces is facilitated. An innovative solution that brings design and functionality to outdoor spaces.
