Porcelanosa at Obra Blanca 2024: A multisensory design journey
The firm brought its innovative interior design and architecture solutions to Obra Blanca 2024, connecting design, art and wellbeing
From October 15 to 17, Porcelanosa participated in Obra Blanca, presenting its most avant-garde proposals for the Mexican market. At its 450 m² stand, visitors enjoyed multisensory experiences through activities such as the Boutique Coffee Lab, chocolate art and an exclusive aromatherapy workshop.
Obra Blanca continues to consolidate its position as one of the most relevant events in the Mexican design industry. For three days, more than 21,000 m² of exhibition space brought together leading national and international suppliers, showcasing the latest in ceramics, bathroom equipment, natural stone and lighting. With a diverse offer rich in solutions, Obra Blanca stands out as a key space for innovation in architecture and interior design.
A space that transcends design
Porcelanosa not only presented its products; it turned its participation into an immersive experience. Its 450 m² facility was a reflection of the sophistication and innovation that characterize the firm. Visitors were able to explore different environments such as the lobby, a garden living room, and several suites. All were carefully designed to showcase the potential of Porcelanosa’s materials. The cocktail bar with Xlight Nero Velluto countertop, and the innovative Undora material by Krion, transformed the stand into a space with design as the protagonist.
Unique experiences around design
Beyond showcasing the latest trends in interior design, Porcelanosa created a space where design and the senses were intertwined in an innovative way. Inside its stand, visitors were able to appreciate the latest trends in materials and finishes while participating in exclusive experiences that fused art, gastronomy and wellness.
Boutique Coffee Lab: Design and artisanal coffee
The Boutique Coffee Lab was one of the main attractions of the Porcelanosa stand. Expert baristas fused the culture of artisanal coffee with the elegance of Porcelanosa materials. This area was a perfect example of how design can transform the everyday into something extraordinary. Decorated with Fitwall® Doghe Roble, the space invited attendees to experience design from a sensory perspective.
The art of chocolate: Culinary creativity
Another highlight was the artistic chocolate experience led by Chef Pablo Carrera. On an XTONE Tura countertop, the chef showed his mastery creating small edible works of art. This experience demonstrated the versatility of chocolate, integrating Porcelanosa design in the most creative and personal moments of the home.
Aromatherapy Workshop at Porcelanosa Space
Aromatherapy: Well-being through the senses
Porcelanosa also offered an exclusive aromatherapy workshop. Attendees had the opportunity to create their own perfume while discovering the fragrances of Noken’s wellness systems: Relax, Flowers and Energy. In addition, the Porcelanosa Essence scent, characteristic of its commercial spaces, offered a direct connection between design, wellness and the senses.
A month of design in Mexico
Obra Blanca was undoubtedly one of the most important events in an intense period of design in Mexico. It includes other relevant initiatives, such as Mexico Design Week, in which Porcelanosa participates through Design House. The multinational also promotes its own projects such as 10 de 10, reaffirming its commitment to excellence and innovation.
