For the general flooring of the house, a natural wood model from L’Antic Colonial has been chosen. Its geometric herringbone design, texture and dark tone highlight the white present in the spaces. At the same time, natural wood brings warmth and modernity. For example, in the kitchen it contrasts with the Krion® K-Life 1100 island and countertop and the XTONE Aria White backsplash.
The natural wood floor contrasts with the artwork, which has intense tones. To harmonize the living room floor, a carpet in a neutral color has been placed, which also frames the area.
On the other hand, the furniture has been selected with special care. Thus, the washbasin furniture, mirrors, bathroom accessories and ceramics, correspond to different firms of Porcelanosa Group.
The chromatic play between black and white, works of art and a view of the outdoor garden define the bathroom. The Metropolitan Caliza cement effect flooring (PORCELANOSA) is integrated with the Krion® K-Life 1100 countertop and Modul bathtub (Krion® Solid). The shower area, tiled with the black marble effect porcelain tile (XTONE), gives sophistication and distinction to the room.
In the guest bathroom, a white countertop from the RAS (Krion® Solid) series was chosen. In addition, the room is completed with beige furniture from the Smart collection by Krion. The shower tray is covered with the Gravity Aluminium Hexagon Metal metallic mosaic (L’ Antic Colonial) and the Ferroker rust effect (PORCELANOSA).

The construction plan of Lakefront Residence allowed the whole process to have the minimum environmental impact on the territory. The garden, with an abundance of plants of different species, is an additional attraction for the aesthetics of the house. On one side of the facade of the house, natural stone with rustic finish Globe (L’ Antic Colonial) has been installed.
The structure and interior design invite you to move among objects of great artistic significance. These works of art can also be appreciated from the outside, especially since they have been enhanced by clever night lighting and a perfect architectural dialogue with the landscape. The exterior views, with Hartridge Lake, merge seamlessly with the interior thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows.
