With an area of 350 m² and a terrace of 275 m², the house is divided into two floors. The natural light of the Mediterranean, the light tones and the mix of curved and straight forms, generate serene spaces.

The day area is located on the first floor with the garden, pool and outdoor barbecue. Inside is the kitchen and the dining-living room. It also has two courtesy toilets in the pool and inside, as well as a guest room. On the second floor there are two complete bedrooms with bathroom and the master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room.
The facade of Villa Adhara features natural stone, natural wood and porcelain XTONE. The mix of different materials on the outside of the building is perfectly integrated, projecting a contemporary image.
The terrace area, characterized by its spaciousness, has two perfectly differentiated areas. On the one hand, there is the swimming pool next to the rest area. On the other, the barbecue area, tiled with the same porcelain tile model as the facade.
Bottega Caliza (Porcelanosa) is the common thread of the house, being the general flooring. Thus, this cement effect ceramic is applied in indoor and outdoor spaces, in its antislip version for the swimming pool. It is also used for the swimming pool basin. With the use of the same model, the rooms have a visual continuity, which makes them look more spacious.

In the interior design of the rooms of Villa Adhara, cream colors decorate the house. Natural fabrics and wood contribute to the sense of peace evoked by the house.
The single-family residence has three full bathrooms and two guest toilets. There is a common style for them: taps in brushed copper finish and suspended toilets, all from Noken. The decorative coverings for the shower area stand out, such as Marbella Stone or Mosaico Nantes Caliza, both by Porcelanosa. Their use gives an original and stylish touch to the rooms. Some elements give a singular or contrasting touch in the bathrooms, such as the skylight or the wooden furniture.

In these spaces, Shower Deck, by Butech, has been installed. In this flat pan, water drains through the open joints of the shower tile. This shower tray system creates a sense of continuity with the rest of the flooring. This is because the ceramic of the shower tray is in continuity and at the same level as the flooring of the rest of the bathroom.
The kitchen, by Gamadecor, is very bright, enhanced by the white color and light wood in the furniture. The island countertop is clad with XTONE’s Altissima Blue Roma natural stone, giving it a sophisticated look.
